Subsections
The Role Administration functions allow you to:
- Create custom Roles for your organization's project structure
- List / Delete Roles
For a definition of how Roles are implemented by WANdisco see the Role Based Access Control Overview section.
On the
List Roles page you will see the default Roles that are shipped with the product.
In the Security tab click
Create Role. Enter a name for the Role and select the SCM Permissions you would like this Role to have. Any user that is assigned this Role will have the permissions selected to the resources defined by their Group(s).
Click
List Roles and click on the name of the Role to edit. This will take you to the Edit Role page shown below. Select the new SCM Permissions for this Role and click
Update Role.
Select
List Roles from the left hand navigation, select the Role(s) to delete with the checkboxes to the left of their names and click
Delete Selected.
