Open a support ticket with Microsoft to get help with LiveData Migrator for Azure by completing the following steps:
Log on to Azure Portal.
Select the Help icon in the upper-right corner.
Select Help + support.
Select Create a support request.
Enter the following information:
Field name Required entry Summary Add your own summary of the issue. Issue type Technical Subscription Microsoft Azure (wandiscoinc) Service All services Service type Data Lake Storage Gen2 Resource Select the Azure resource that has an issue. Problem type Select the relevant problem type, for example, Live Data Migration. Problem subtype Select the relevant problem subtype, for example, Troubleshooting migration issue.
Select Next: Solutions.
Select Next: Review + create.
