If you've changed the port on which uberSVN runs (9890 by default) you may find that when you view a repository through the repository browser you get a configuration screen, instead.

The problem is caused by port changes not being updated in the repository browser settings. The problem has been fixed for new installations, however, updating uberSVN using the updates tool doesn't address the problem.
If, after changing the uberSVN port number, you find that the repository browser stops working or takes you to a configuration page, follow this procedure:
<install_directory>/uberSVN/tomcat/temp/sventon_config/RepositoryBrowser/repositories/or here (Linux):
<install_directory>\uberSVN\tomcat\temp\sventon_config\RepositoryBrowser\repositories\Delete all the repository folders stored within the repositories directory.
